We had been using another lawn service since moving to Tyler in 2016. Over time, we became less sure of the quality of their work as evidence by the way our yard looked and the difficulty in contacting someone local when trying to discuss lawn care. Their lawn care "team" didn't ever spend much time here, which meant to us that they were not thorough. We looked up Lawn Doctor, contacted Chris and have been extremely happy with his knowledge, his communication with us and how beautifully are lawn has responded to the treatments he has provided. His cost is very reasonable for the quality of work that he provides. Lawn Doctor of Longview is a 5 star operation! ~ Phyllis C

I contacted The Lawn Doctor to see if they could help me get rid of weeds in my backyard, especially what I call stickers. They have treated my yard twice now, 6 weeks apart and I can already see a considerable improvement. My backyard is over 1/4 of an acre and what grass I do have is greener and healthier and there has been a marked decrease in the weeds and, again, especially the stickers, though they do usually appear a little later in the season but, I have every confidence that they will be largely impacted. I will update as time goes by. With what I have experienced, so far, I would highly recommend The Lawn Doctor to anyone needing help with feeding their grass and needing help with wiping out whatever weeds you may have. They have been most friendly and professional. Again, give them a call and they will come and check the condition of your yard and make a systematic plan to address your needs. ~ Dennis M

I contacted Chris a few weeks ago to get help with weed control in my Bermuda lawn which is about 2 years old. I use weed and feed and weed spray from department stores which never really works. We had a weed infestation and the yard looked terrible. Chris experience and communication was awesome first of all. And after just one treatment we have virtually no weeds in our yard. He came again today and applied fertilizer with root stabiles and I am confident my yard is going to come to life. Up to this point if your tired of dealing with your yard I highly recommend Chris and Lawn Doctor. ~ BRIAN F

I am a new customer. When Chris came to my home for the first treatment I was so impressed with the equipment he used. Most of all he was here around an hour and fertilized my lawn and sprayed the weeds. Then he went around to the really troubled areas and gave extra attention. I used true green for a while and did Not see a single weed die, after two treatments of lawn doctor I started to see results, my yard looks great, the weeds are turning yellow and brown and disappearing, I called to ask some questions and the owner answered! What a company! My sister recommended them so I gave them a shot and I am satisfied as can be, I hate reviews and the fake stuff surrounding them so it means a lot if I am actually willing to give something a review. ~ Cody B

I had resigned myself to the fact that I'll never have a beautiful yard and that as long as I can keep it mowed, I'll be doing good. I decided to call Lawn Doctor when the weeds started getting out of control, in hopes that they could manage them. The annual maintenance program has saved me a fortune. I tried for two years to improve my yard and could not slow down the weeds. Thought the only way was to remove and start over. They took a yard with 30-40% grass and the rest weeds and in 1 1/2 years I have one of the best (weed free) yards in the neighborhood. The communication and dependability is second to none!
